The idea for Spruce St Studios came to us as a basic concept of creating an upscale event venue that combined the elements of unrivaled quality, unmatched customer service, unbelievable value leaving you and your guests with an unforgettable experience.

We’re amazingly-flexible! A time-crunched, stressed client makes for stressed event managers. We try to accommodate your time schedule for the event, making sure everything runs seamless from beginning to end.

Oh, and we don’t have a long list of rules to make a fuss about. But, there are a few simple ones, mostly for safety reasons. It’s normal.

We have limitless-imaginations. We don’t offer canned packages just because it’s easiest for us. Your event is unique. We’ll help you creatively tackle every aspect and deliver results like no one else around.

Spruce St Studios’ unique architecture, cathedral ceilings, amazing appointments, private suites, and neutral palette suits any color scheme and compliments your décor, while dressing-up even the simplest affair.

Reason #2 – Outdoor wedding space (with a plan b)

It’s difficult to plan an outdoor wedding in the Midwest. We’ve incorporated a gorgeous landscaped, private outdoor ceremony space capable of seating up to 150 guests. If the weather goes South, forget about logistics.  You can simply move your ceremony into the reception space with ease. Same address with just a small change in atmosphere. Easy peasy.

Reason #3 – Convenient vendor connections

Our event coordinators have extensive relationships with area vendors. We want only the best event experience for you. Since you have the freedom to choose all of your vendors, we’ve compiled a full-featured list – all in one place – for you to pull from. So if you’re not from the area, this is the type of service you won’t find at any other venue. You can pick and choose what works for you. It’s priceless!

Reason #4 – BYOB – Bring your own bottle

Most venues charge retail for alcohol, which can drastically increase the total cost of your event by thousands of dollars. We allow our renters to BYOB, which means you have the ability to purchase alcohol from a local retailer. This way you can choose what you want to serve while further taking advantage of sales and specials. Just imagine having the option to stock an open bar, customized to fit the tastes of your guests, without the ridiculous price tag and no surprise bills at the end. Oh yeah.

Reason #5 – A price that’s always perfect

Hosting an event can be expensive! Our space is priceless, but we want it to be affordable for you too. One thing your guests will never forget is the atmosphere and the smiles on everyone’s face! At Spruce St Studios you get the ultimate bang for your buck!
